Sunday 8/5 Training

Squat 5/3/1 Week 3 rep scheme, 365 lbs 8×2

Snatch grip presses 45 lbs x 3, 95 lbs x 3, 115 lbs x 3

Rack pulls 405 lbs x 3, 455 lbs x 2, 500 lbs x 1

Definitely looking forward to a week to recuperate. Over the past couple training sessions, only squatting was worth anything. I’ll be in Austin for a few days this week for my proposal defense, I might lift on Wednesday to help me burn nervous energy. We shall see.
