Power Cleans 185 lbs x 3, 205 x 3, 225 x 2
Speed Deadlifts 225 lbs x 5, 275 x 5, 295 x 5
HB Back Squat 345 lbs x5, 5, 2; 365 lbs x 1
Weighted Dips BW + 50 lbs 5×5
Got back into the gym after a week off. Felt good to be moving some weight again, even if it wasn’t a whole lot. Since I’ll be starting a new training cycle on Monday, for this work out I just decided to hit some of my known weaknesses: speed off the floor and tricep strength. And high bar squatting is always a good thing.
