Good Mornings 135 lbs 3×5
Front Squats 185 lbs x 5, 225 lbs x 5, 275 lbx x 5
Weighted Chins BW + 25 lbs 5×5
My pressing is just getting awful. I think I’ve got an inflamed tendon in my right elbow which may be holding me back a bit, but I was really dissappointed to get just 5 reps when I should have gotten 8 or 9. That’s a pretty huge drop off. Good mornings were interesting, I’ve always read how great they are but the movement never felt right to me. I tried them again using some cues I’d read online and man did they smoke my hamstrings, even at just 135 lbs. I could barely front squat after I was done.
