Friday 8/17 Training

Bench Press, 5/3/1 Week 1 rep scheme, top set 200 lbs x 6

Close Grip Bench Press 185 lbs 3×5

Cheat Rows 245 lbs 3×5

All pressing continues to suck. Just got to keep plugging away at it I guess. Overall took it pretty light since my lower back was still really tight from Wednesday. Additionally, have to get up a little early for a weekend tomorrow since I’m going white water rafting. Woohoo!
