Close Grip Bench Press 190 lbs 3×5

Cheat Rows 300 lbs 3×5

Empty Bar Curls 45 lbs 3×21

I’m tired of bitching about pressing. So I won’t. Curls were interesting, hadn’t really done any in a very long time.
