Wednesday 9/5 Training

Paused Squats 320 lbs 3×3

Press 135 lbs 3×5, 165 lbs x5

Speed Deadlifts 275 lbs 3×5

Empty Bar Curls 75 reps total

Training felt good again. Additionally, a guy who I’ve talked with a couple times asked if he could lift with me and if I could show him how I trained because he wants to get bigger and stronger. That was a nice lil’ ego nugget.
