Snatch Grip Press 125 lbs 3×5
Squat 365 lbs 5×3
Hammer Curls 30 lbs x40 each arm
Lat Pull Down whatever lbs 3×5
Finally got 125 lbs Klokov press! Takes forever to go up in weight on those. Squatting went well. I’ll be going for a new 1RM once I get my new belt, I’d love to get 455 lbs. We’ll see though.
