Wednesday 9/12 Training

Front Squats 3x 225 lbs, 235 lbs, 245 lbs, 255 lbs, 265 lbs

Deadlift 455 lbs 3×3

Dips BW 3×10

Face Pulls 3×10

I’ve had to drop the weight on front squats way down in order to work on form. Hopefully I’ll be back making progress on them soon. Deadlifting went well, though my lower back feels pretty tight right now. Everything else was gravy.
