Speaking of PRs

Wednesday 9/19 Training

Deadlift 500 lbs x 1, 525 lbs x 1, 420 lbs 3×5

Front Squats 275 lbs 3×3

Power Cleans 135 lbs 5×3

Empty Barbell Curls x 50 reps

Hit a huge PR, and finally broke 500 lbs deadlifting! Actually, 500 lbs came up super easy, as Benedict Magnusson might say “like a bag of shopping.” And so I went for 525 and it came up as well. Felt awesome.
