Friday 9/21 Training

Bench Press 225 lbs x 1, 250 lbs x 0, 200 lbs 3×5

Incline Press 165 lbs 3×5

Rows 135 lbs 3×10

And once again, pressing sucked. Oh well. Perhaps I wasn’t fully recovered from pulling on Wednesday, but that sounds a lot like a cop out. Onward and upward.
