Wednesday 9/26 Training

Deadlift 455 lbs x 3, 385 lbs x 8,7,6

Snatch Grip Deadlift 315 lbs 3×5

Front Squats 285 lbs x 1

Light Banded Good Mornings 3×20

Tonight didn’t feel great. Everything felt really heavy, I couldn’t push it nearly as far as I thought I was going to, and front squats were a joke. I threw in the high rep good mornings at the end to see if they’ll help my lower back recover faster.

Also, to the lady working out not too far from me when I was deadlifting, I’m sorry about the farting. I couldn’t help it.
