Pendlay Rows 145 lbs 3×10

Empty Bar Curls 60 reps

Monday 10/1 Training

Squat 385 lbs 10×1

Hang Power Snatch 105 lbs 5×5

Pull Throughs 3×8

Hammer Curls 40 lbs 3 x 10 each arm

Friday I had to cut training short a bit as we were going to be spending the weekend with my folks. For a brief session, it went really well, pressing and all.

The weekend was awesome, if unfortunately short. Mucho family time, Apples to Apples, and Cards Against Humanity. Always awesome to see my folks.

This is intensity week, 10 singles at 90% of my max from 2 weeks ago. Wound up being pretty brutal squatting. I have a feeling I will be very sore throughout this week.
