Mini Band Pull Aparts 3×15

Bench Press 225 lbs 10×1

Weighted Dips BW + 35 lbs 3×5, + 70 lbs x4

Pendlay Rows 155 lbs 5×10

I’ve added band pull aparts recently as shoulder pre-hab and I like them a lot. Pressing continues to suck, dips in particular sucked today, but I’m fiddling with my grip spacing on bench and that’s kind of fun.



  1. you should add random pictures. especially unrelated pix from the internets. related: pictures of your adorable nephew and niece and kitty-niece on blog now.
