Bench Press 225 lbs 10×1
Weighted Dips BW + 35 lbs 3×5, + 70 lbs x4
Pendlay Rows 155 lbs 5×10
I’ve added band pull aparts recently as shoulder pre-hab and I like them a lot. Pressing continues to suck, dips in particular sucked today, but I’m fiddling with my grip spacing on bench and that’s kind of fun.
