Sunday 10/7 Training

Squats 375 lbs x 5, 300 lbs 3×10

Rough session. I worked up in sets of 5 to a max set, and then dropped down to 80% of that weight and got three sets of 10. Totaled over all sets and reps I squatted 17,350 lbs last night. My hips are so sore now. Also made it difficult to sleep.

    Heh. Proof that no matter your age, it’s still funny to alter signs and words to make them say ‘ass’.
