Sunday 10/7 Training
Squats 375 lbs x 5, 300 lbs 3×10
Rough session. I worked up in sets of 5 to a max set, and then dropped down to 80% of that weight and got three sets of 10. Totaled over all sets and reps I squatted 17,350 lbs last night. My hips are so sore now. Also made it difficult to sleep.
