Anderson Squat worked up to 300 lbs 5×1
Hang Power Snatch 115 lbs 5×5

Hit a PR squat at 420 lbs. Still not hitting the weights I thought I was capable of, but progress is progress, and I’ll take it. Anderson squats are rough. I wasn’t sure how much I could handle on them, so I just worked up to 300 and then hit some singles. Feels totally different out of the hole than a regular squat.
