Squat 405 lbs x 3, 345 lbs x 7,6,5

Good Mornings 135 lbs 3×8

Power Snatch 120 lbs 3×5

Miniband Good Mornings 3×15

Pretty strong squatting session. Felt good getting a triple at LMAO4plates. Was pretty fatigued though and almost tweaked my lower back, thus the double helping of good mornings.
