Press 190 lbs x 3, 160 lbs x 7,7,4
Chin Ups 3×8
Hammer Curls 40 lbs 3×8 each arm
Miniband Pull Aparts 3×15
Pressing went well. After the second rep at 190 I was really unsure if I could finish the triple, but if there’s anything pressing overhead teaches you it’s how to grind out a rep. Everything else was pretty okay too, though I came up a bit short on my last volume set.
