Front Squats 225 lbs 3×5
Deadlift 495 lbs x 1, 420 lbs x 5
Sumo Deadlift 315 lbs 3×5
Light Band Good Mornings 3×15
Tonight was a bit of a disappointment. I wanted a triple at 495, but after getting the first rep I completely lost commitment. Gotta get my head straight. Though, in fairness, even quite recently any session in which I got a five plate pull would be awesome. Oh well, as Bill Snyder would say, get a little better each time.
