Sunday 10/28 Training

Bench Press 230 lbs x 3, 195 lbs x 8,8,7

Pendlay Rows 235 lbs 3×5

Dumbbell Flies 40 lbs 3×8

Inverted Rows BW 3×10

Good training today! I was actually feeling extremely lousy before hand on account of eating waaaay too much, and considered skipping training all together. I’m glad I didn’t though, once I got down to lifting everything felt really solid. Had a good talk with one of the guys I see lifting often also.
