Front Squat 235 lbs 3×5

Deadlift  485 lbs 3×1

Snatch Grip Deadlift 405 lbs x1, 365 lbs 3×3

Light Banded Good Mornings 3×15

Well you know how I said I was getting two good training sessions out of every three? Well the last two were great . . . so this one sucked. I only got 3 singles at 90% max deadlift, instead of the 10 I was supposed to get. Blegh.
