Dumbbell Curls 30 lbers 3×10

Light Banded Good Mornings 3×15

Squats beat the hell out of me tonight. Something about high rep squatting makes my brain stop working. I think I may need to get some knee sleeves. Perhaps I shall put them on my b-day/Christmas list. Along with decent wrist wraps and a lot of whey protein.
