Skullcrushers 85 lbs 3×5
Mini Band Pull Aparts 3×15
New five rep max went up really easily. That was awesome. Then the high rep sets and skullcrushers wiped out my triceps entirely. With any luck though, those skullcrushers will get my push press moving skyward.
