Pendlay Rows 225 lbs 6×5
Dumbbell Flies 50 lbers 3×6
Empty Bar Curls x 50 reps
I was feeling a bit burnt out so I took a few days off. Didn’t seem to set me back too much, though I didn’t get the 5 reps I was going for benching. Four reps was a PR at that weight, so I’ll take it.
