Wide Grip Pullups 3×5
Skull Crushers 90 lbs 3×6
Empty Barbell Curls x 60, 25
After a couple lousy sessions, training went well. Hit a 10 lb push press PR, and it went up easy. I need to work on lockout strength and form, but I think I might be able to hit 300 lbs overhead in the next 6 months. Awesome.
