FatGripz Deadlift 135 lbs x 5, 185 lbs x 5, 225 lbs x 3

Deadlift 495 lbs x 1, 535 lbs x 0, 455 lbs 3×3

Snatch Grip Deadlift 405 lbs x 1

Arched Back Good Mornings 225 lbs 3×5

I think I’m just mentally blocked when it comes to heavy pulling. 495 came up fast and easy, but then 535 was glued to the ground. After the triples, snatch grip deadlifting felt rough, so I cut that short. Overall, I’d give this session a “C”.
