Squats 365 lbs ×3, 410 lbs 2×1, 350 lbs 3×5

Light Banded Good Mornings 3×10

Mini Band Pull Aparts 3×10

Tonight was super brutal. The second single at 410 lbs was the grindiest squat I’ve ever completed. I was sooooooo close to failing. So after that I finished up with some light prehab.
