RDL 275 lbs x 8

3RDL + HC +3FS Complex 135 lbs, 165 lbs, 185 lbs

This has been the worst week of training I can remember. Very frustrating. Partly physical, my hamstrings still aren’t 100%, but a lot of it is mental. I’m just not there, not focused. Really pisses me off. Merry Christmas.
