Push Press 225 lbs 10×1

Snatch Grip Press 95 lbs 3×8

Hammer Curls 35 lbers 3×10

Skull Crushers 100 lbs 3×5

Wide Grip Pull Ups 3×5

Training felt really good today for the first time in about 2 weeks. Felt really damn good. 🙂
