Thursday 12/6 Training

Zombie Front Squats 250 lbs 3×3

FatGripz Deadlift 145 lbs x 5, 195 lbs x 5, 235 lbs x 2 + 4 half reps

Deadlift 405 lbs x 2, 455 lbs x 1, 500 lbs x 1

Snatch grip Deadlift 375 lbs 5×3

Another solid training session. Zombie squats really force you to stay upright. I like ’em. I didn’t do a lot of deadlifting, but after last week’s shit-session it felt really good to pull 500 again.
