Tonight’s training was decent, though very difficult. I’m tweaking my squat form based on some advice I saw in videos of some folks who are way stronger than me. I think these changes are going to help me a lot, but it might take some time for everything to be intuitive. Also, by the time I reached the end of the work out I barely had anything left for curls. Felt pretty lamezors.
Also, today marks 5 years of Amy and I being together. 🙂
