Front Squat 275 lbs 3×3, 315 lbs x 1, 340 lbs x 0

Deadlift 405 lbs x 1, 455 lbs x 2

Snatch Grip Deadlift 315 lbs 3×8

Barbell Curls 95 lbs 3×8

Every once in a while I get the idea to front squat with a clean grip. Eventually I’m going to learn to ignore that idea. Tried out some of my new gear from b-day / Christmas. The Tommy Kono knee sleeves really helped. I like ’em.
