Bench Press 225 lbs x 4,1, CG 205 lbs 3×7

Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows 65 lbers x8,8,12

Dumbbell Chest Flies 40 lbers 3×12

Bent Over Cheat Rows 315 lbs 3×5

Had a decent training session, lots of volume as we’ll be heading to Texas tomorrow and I won’t be on my normal training schedule. Woohoo holidays!
