Fatgripz Hex bar Deadlift 285 lbs 3×3
Push Press 185 lbs x3, 225 lbs 6×1
Pull ups 5×4
Felt really good to move some weight. Went to lift with Ben at a different gym, so I got to play around with some new equipment i.e. a hex bar. Was interesting, I bet I could pull a ton of weight with it.
