Mini Band Pull Aparts 5×20

Hamstring Curls 3×8

Tonight was one of those sessions where you just have to grunt and swear and get through it. Everything felt super heavy, and I didn’t get anywhere close to the triple at 415 lbs that I quite optimistically hoped for. Sometimes you feel like you could rip the gym door off its hinges, and sometimes you’re just begging to be done.
