Clean & Press 165 lbs x 3, 185 lbs x 4, 160 lbs x 7,6,6

Snatch Grip Press 115 lbs x 6,6,5,4

Weighted Pull Ups BW + 25 lbs 4×4

FatGripz Barbell Curls 100 reps over 5 sets

Standing Abs 5×10

Training was pretty solid today, which felt good. It’d be awesome to add 50 lbs to my overhead press over the next year.
