Thursday 1/17 Training

FatGripz Deadlift 135 x 3, 185 x 3, 225 x 3, 235 x 1

Deadlift 475 x 3, 405 3×5 TnG

Banded Speed Deadlifts 225 lbs + Light Bands 4×4

Front Squats 260 lbs 3 x 3

Had a solid session, and it felt good. Nothing outstanding, but everything felt right. Finally used the bands I bought for their actual purpose. I estimate they added ~70 lbs at lockout for the speed pulls.
