Mini Band Pull Aparts 5×20

Standing Abs 5 x 10

Leg Curls 5 x 8

Finally had a decent squatting session. Still a long way from where I want to be, but at least it feels like I’m making progress again. Last time I tried for 10 singles at >90% I think I got 3. This was much better.
