Clean & Press 185 lbs x 10 singles

Snatch Grip Press 95 lbs 4 x 8

Weighted Pull Ups BW + 25 lbs 4×5

FatGripz Barbell Curls 100 reps over 5 sets

Standing Abs 5×10

Another strong training session. I’ve upped my calories a bit on my off days and that seems to be making a huge difference. Feels awesome. Maybe in a couple weeks I’ll finally be setting some real PRs again.
