Push Press 230 lbs x 10 singles

Bench Press 245 lbs x 1, 140 lbs x 20

Mini Band Pull Aparts 3×20

Terrible Bent Over Rows 245 lbs 3 x 5

Lat Pull Downs 3 × 12

I tried out false grip push pressing again. It felt a lot better this time around. Much better leg drive, and I was able to get my head through faster. 245 lbs on bench was technically a PR, but man oh man was it hideous. Uneven lock out, one butt cheek off the bench. I am a terrible terrible bench presser.
