Squat 365 lbs x 1, 385 lbs x 1, 305 lbs x 1

Leg Press 3 x 10

Standing Abs 5 x 10

Face Pulls 3 x 15

Tonight was a whole heap of bullshit. My right knee had been bothering me a bit today, but I didn’t think it’d affect me too badly. I was wrong. Under the bar I felt super unstable and the knee hurt. I wound up having to use that shameful machine, the leg press.
