Snatch Grip Press 95 lbs 3 x 5

Pull Ups 3 x 5

FatGripz Barbell Curls 110 reps over 5 sets

Standing Abs 5×10

Hit a new strict press 5RM, and only the last rep looked rough. I’ll take it. Progress might be slow, but at least it’s something.
