Thursday 1/31 Training

FatGripz Deadlift 135 x 3, 225 3 x 2

Deadlift 405 lbs x 1, 465 lbs x 2

Snatch Grip Deadlift 370 lbs 4×4

Leg Curls 4×8

Front Squats 270 lbs 4 x 3

The program called for 5 reps at 465 lbs. Going in I felt pretty good, the past two weeks had been solid deadlifting. This week, not so much. Super slow off the floor. I cut it short and did some extra accessory week instead.
