Push Press 225 lbs x 5, 185 lbs 3 x 10

Bench Press 205 lbs 6 x 3, varying grip widths

Ghetto Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows 75 lbers 3 x 8

Low Cable Rows 3 x 8

Lat Pull Downs 5 x 10

Pretty happy with tonight’s training. I think my push press form has improved a lot recently. I still hate benching though. I like rowing a lot though, so I’ve decided to mix it up and just try every rowing variation I can manage in our gym.
