Snatch Grip Press 100 lbs 3 x 6
Pull Ups 3 x 6
Apparently squatting doesn’t actually cure the flu. Amy and I have both been pretty sick over the last couple days, but I didn’t want to fall behind so I hit the gym for a quick session. For what it was, it wasn’t terrible. We also started watching Sherlock, which is a pretty sweet show.
