Thursday 2/7 Training
FatGripz Deadlift 135 x 5, 225 x 3, 235 x 2
Deadlift 500 lbs x 1, 545 lbs x 0, 530 lbs x 0, 455 lbs 3 x 5
Another short training session since I’m still feeling that cold / flu / whatever. Pulling felt good, 500 came off the floor quickly. But then 545 and 530 felt like they were bolted down. I think it’s a mental thing I need to get over.
