Tuesday 2/12 Training

Clean & Press 190 lbs x 3, 165 lbs 3 x 7

Snatch Grip Press 110 lbs 4 x 5

Pull Ups 5 x 6

Empty  Barbell Curls 125 reps over 4 sets

Face Pulls 4 x 12

Solid training tonight. New strict press 3RM went up pretty easily. I’d read that FatGripz were supposed to help your elbows, but mine feel much better after curling without the FatGripz on the bar.
