Push Press 235 lbs x 3, 205 lbs 3 x 7

Bench Press 205 lbs 4 x 3

Lat Pull Downs 3 x 8

Low Cable Rows 3 x 8

Face Pulls 3 x 8

Pressing went well again, it’s always nice to string a few weeks of progress together. My right elbow has been bothering me again though, so I kept accessory work pretty light this time.
