Power Snatch 160 lbs x 5 singles
Overhead Squats Empty Bar 3 x 5
Empty Bar Curls 80 reps across 2 sets
I took a week off due to continuing elbow pain. Interestingly enough, the week off didn’t seem to change anything with regards to my elbow. So either I’ve really messed something up in there, or my lifting’s not wholely to blame. In any case, I got some decent squatting in and hit a new PR power snatch.
