Clean & Press 190 lbs x 10 singles
Snatch Grip Press 95 lbs 3 x 10
Wide Grip Pull Ups 4 x 6
Standing Abs 3 x 10
Face Pulls 3 x 10
Another solid training session. Three days into my experiment of hitting the gym every day this week and I’m feeling pretty good. Some of the presses were ugly, but they all went up.
