Deadlift 480 lbs x 10 singles

Snatch Grip Deadlift 330lbs 3×8

Leg Curls 3×8

Front Squats 275 lbs 3 x 3

Five days down, two to go, and to be honest I’m feeling really good. I don’t know if I could do this for longer than a couple weeks, but maybe I’ll start throwing this high rep work in more often to build my working capacity.
